AASHIESH GHATE – Founder, MY HOLIDAY
Aashiesh is a computer graduate with post-graduation in Business Management specializing in HR and Systems. His corporate work experience of more than 20 years includes 15 years in IT industry and 10 years in Tourism industry. During this tenure, he handled various roles and responsibilities in Business Development, Software Development, Product Designing, Operations, HR and Administration.

He worked with start-up companies and enjoyed thoroughly the journey of culture building and development of human resources into assets, for the organizations. As an independent consultant, he also helped software companies abroad setup their operation in Pune.

He got introduced to the Tourism industry through a consulting assignment. His personal travel experiences since then offered many different dimensions to his life and thus began an exciting journey within him. It made him shift from building Human Resources to building Human Relationships. He is also a qualified counsellor and helps individuals deal with their challenges in life, career and relationships.

ARCHANA VAIDYA – Partner, My Holiday
Archana is a Science graduate with 15 years of teaching experience. She also completed her Diploma in Early Childhood and has handled teaching responsibilities in Sinhagad Spring Dale and Kalmadi High School.
She worked with Kalamdi High School for 10 years and during this tenure she was also awarded by them the
Best Teachers Award for her performance and contribution.

She has always been a teacher by heart and enjoys teaching. Sharing knowledge and contributing to the child’s development journey gives her immense satisfaction. This feeling within her prompted her to venture on her own after completing 15 years of professional teaching.

She believes that outdoor and experiential learning impacts the development of a child and learning can thus be a lot of fun too. Holidays can thus be used very constructively.
Taking forward her interest in heritage and culture of India, she is currently pursuing her Diploma in Indology.
